1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for physical products (e.g., book publications) can only be cancelled prior to dispatch.
- Once the order is dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email or phone with their order details before dispatch confirmation.
2. Return & Refund Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective book, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging to support your claim.
- Once your submission is verified by our authorized team, a refund or replacement will be processed as applicable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7 working days, and credited back to the original payment method.
- Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.
Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than product damage or defect at the time of delivery.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order. Delays due to courier service disruptions or natural circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping charges are not included in the listed product prices unless stated otherwise.
We only deliver to areas that are serviceable by our partnered courier providers.
